Here are the details:
COCKTAILS at 6:30 p.m. (on your tab) at Pietro's on the River, located in The Island Dunes Country Club, Jensen Beach, overlooking the Intracoastal Waterway. The European-style restaurant offers some of the finest dining on the coast, personally hosted by owner Pietro Valentini with Chef Robert, formerly of Rottie’s. We will be serenaded by Spanish guitar.
DINNER at 7. Choose from the following:
~Chicken Cordon Bleu, chicken breast layered with Black Forest ham and Swiss cheese laced with two sauces, smashed potato and seasonal vegetables. Served with a Classic Caesar Salad, Layered Chocolate Mousse Cake, and Coffee.
~Grilled Salmon Infused with Rosemary Oil, creamy risotto and asparagus. Served with a Classic Caesar Salad, Layered Chocolate Mousse Cake, and Coffee.
The price is $30 a person, including tax and gratuity; this does not include alcohol you may order. The Sailing Club will provide bottles of wine at each table in our separate area with a view of the water.
